Brooklyn is a very outgoing girl. She talks to pretty much anyone and everyone that she meets whether it be at school or just standing in a line somewhere. There is just something about the way she carries herself that is inviting to people. Brooke is a hard worker; therefore she excels in nearly anything she puts her mind to. Music is her main love; she plays the clarinet in the marching band believe it or not. Soccer is her second love; she used to play on the school team but gave it up to focus on music and joins a rec league every now and then. School is also a main focus for her, and her grades are as flawless as nearly possible. Sometimes Brooke can be quite conceded and angry if she doesn't get things exactly her way but for the most part she is overly nice which causes people to think she's nothing but a fake. Last but definitely not least, she loves to just have a good time. Whether it be partying or just hanging out by someone's pool, she's there.

x. history:
The history of Brooklyn Carlisle is a little on the interesting side, and dramatic to say the least. Brooke's life was normal in the beginning. When she was born she was welcomed into a loving family, they had a nice house, a backyard with a pool, a dog, in other words it was pretty much everything out of a perfect picture. A little over a year after her birth, her brother Casey came along, and with that the perfect family was complete. Twelve years later was when the foundation began to crumble away. Brooke's parents filed for a divorce.
As with most families that go through a divorce, Brooke and Casey went with their mother and their father moved out of their perfect home and into a condo somewhere, not that the condo wasn't lavish. Things went as smoothly as could be expected until Stanley came into the picture. Stanley was a rich lawyer that was head over heels for Brooke's mom and to make a long story short, she liked him too. After dating for almost a year they got engaged and it was then time for Brooke and Casey to meet Stanley's only daughter, Emily. To say the least Emily was a pain. From the get go Brooke could tell that she was one of those children that could get away with anything and blame others for ridiculous things.
It turned out that the little theory that Brooke had about Emily was true and she realized that as the wedding grew closer. Brooke, along with her brother, kept getting in more trouble than they ever had for things that they would never even do and her mother just turned a head away from Emily and said that Casey and Brooke were just doing it to rebel because of the wedding. She added that they just missed their father being part of the picture. This ticked the two of them off to the point where they started thinking about going to live with their father if he would let them. Ironically, he moved into a big house in a nice neighborhood not too far from them about the time this was all happening.
After her mother and Stanley tied the knot, things with Emily just got much worse. In the parents' eyes she was an angel, but Brooke and Casey referred to her as the spawn and other crude names that they could come up. Eventually Emily went too far and blamed Brooke and Casey for something unspeakable and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Since they were old enough to decide where they wanted to live, Brooklyn and Casey moved in with their father. A big lawsuit followed with them. First of all for them wanting to leave while their mother wanted them to stay under her watch because she now thought that they were rebels and accused them of trying to escape from people that would watch them properly; secondly, they were in trouble for what Emily accused them of. In the end things were ruled in favor of Brooklyn and Casey because their father hired them one of the best lawyers around, somebody that could outwit their step-dad. They got to choose where they would go and everything. Of course then Emily was exposed for her true ways and Brooke's mother was begging them to stay with her. They didn't buy it for a second. She let all of this happen to them and they wanted out.
Now all of the drama is nearly two years behind Brooke and her life couldn't be going any better. She lives with her dad and is excelling in school. For her sweet sixteen her dad bought her a red Corvette and she absolutely loves it. She plans on attending college but isn't completely sure what she's going to major in yet; there are two paths she is torn between. Recently, her dad met a girl named Addison, Addie for short. She comes around a lot and he's hinted to proposing to her. She's never had children before, so there's no need to worry about another fiasco; plus, she's a great shopping partner and Brooklyn actually enjoys being around her.

x. roleplay sample:
[this is my most recent post and it's from a twilight site, so if it talks about things that aren't human please don't be alarmed]
Slowly, Rachael scooted away from the water and turned to face the figure that had joined her in the darkness. He was like nothing she had ever seen before. Quietly she folded her legs up to her chest and put her arms around them as she rested her head on top of her knees, observing the man before her. His skin almost sparkled in the moonlight, how this was possible she had no idea. The way it sparkled was almost entrancing. This mystery man's eyes were another story. Of course they would look a little black in the moon light, but Rachael could usually pick up a little on a person's eyes even if it was dark; however, this person's eyes looked like they seriously were onyx with the faintest red specks here and there. It was almost chilling to look at them.
Other than the chilling eyes, the rest of the man was absolutely gorgeous, not to mention perfect. His clearly toned muscles were visible under his clothes and his skin was completely flawless, which was something that made Rachael twinge with a little jealousy. All in all this stranger was like nothing she had ever seen before and he could give Abercrombie models a run for their money and that's saying something. Smiling slight up at him she wondered what he was doing here just starring at her. Should she be scared of him? Should she run back towards the bonfire screaming?
Running and screaming probably would have been her best option, but it really would have done her much good in the long run. You see what Rachael didn't know what that she was up against a creature that she only knew to exist in folk lure, therefore she would never have guessed what was about to happen. Not to mention the folk lure had everything all wrong about this particular creature so she wouldn't suspect a thing, even if she was superstitious (which she wasn't for the record). Starting to get a little scared, Rachael decided that maybe it would be in her best interest to walk back towards her friends just to be on the safe side.
Before Rachael could even get she found herself pinned being flung into the sand and pinned down, the waves washing up over her causing her hair to get wet. Letting out a scream of terror, she attempted to free herself from her attacker but it just wasn't working in her favor, he was far to strong. Kicking upward, right where it was supposed to hurt, the only thing she accomplished was hurting herself. It was as though the attacker was made of steel or something, even in the sensitive areas. "HELP![/b] she screamed out urgently, though she knew that nobody would be able to here her; all of her friends were about a mile away and anybody else in the houses around would be in bed at this hour.
Rachael had never imagined that the final moments of her life would be like this. She had always pictured herself as going off to college, getting married, and growing old with the love of her life. The way that everybody imagined their life to be, the picture perfect way. Reality was a little bitter though, who would of thought that she was going to be murdered on a beach after being tortured, raped, and, from the looks of things, possibly being eaten alive. The gorgeous creature had all of his weight on top of her, threatening to crush her feeble frame. His teeth were bared as if he was going to bite her and take a chunk out of her flesh right before her eyes. Now he seemed less human than ever. What was he and what was it that he lusted for?
This creature's motives never got revealed because he finally looked her in the face, clearly. It all happened just as suddenly as the last events had. His face became shocked and at the same time his grip loosened on her arms that were bruising by the second just enough that she could quickly squeeze away from him. She tried to run away, but only ended up tripping in the sand a few feet away, terror clearly etched onto her face. This terror, however, was soon erased and replaced with a mix of surprise and confusion. Her attacker asked her if her name was Amber. "No . . . "[/b] Rachael replied in a hushed voice that was dripping with terror. Where had he go the idea that her name was Amber? More terror came into her eyes. Was he some sort of serial killer that had killed a girl named Amber before and thought that Rachael was Amber coming back to haunt him?
